Step 2 : Pre-discovery call
Our sales associates will jump on a no-pressure call with you to analyze your current marketing efforts, specific challenges, and ensure our services align with what you need. Furthermore, our sales team will work internally to personalize our offerings for your business requirements, and build an engagement letter for review.
Step 3 : Sales call & formal engagement
Following our Pre-Discover Call, we draft a comprehensive Engagement Letter detailing the proposed SKUs and strategy. Before you commit, our team conducts a formal review call to walk you through our internal project timelines and the key metrics we’ll use to track your success. Crucially, there is zero commitment, and our work is non-billable until the Engagement Letter is formally signed by both parties.
Step 4 : Execution & Seamless Delivery of Service
This is where the magic happens. Our team meets internally to begin the execution phase. We maintain constant communication through email and calls, and also schedule a weekly call with your team to discuss progress.
